There are days when you just cannot go out. You are fine but certain conditions prohibit you from doing your chores, errands, and sometimes, work. With work and errands, thanks to the power of the internet, you can do them at home.

But how about working out? Sure you can. There are a long list of movements that you can do that do not require a machine.

I was just introduced to a page by my CrossFit community. It is one of many web pages that post and offer WODs you can do with minimal or no equipment.

What made this interesting was which workout to do. By going through the list, you can easily knit pick on the ones that are easy for you but what my community did was to let the first to comment about the post choose the workout and everybody will simply post their results. This is something you and a bunch of friends could do at home to challenge and motivate one another.

The workout we did was:

100 push ups
100 air squats
100 butterfly sit ups

For time.

I gave myself a time cap of 12 minutes so that I can log it but still finished it anyway and here are my results.

I finished the entire workout in a little over 17 minutes. I stalled during the situps being the big person that I am but I plowed right through it.

Try it and tell me what your results are. Let’s compare notes.
