Well, I would like to say that this journey is not easy. In fact, it is very difficult. Don’t get me wrong. My regimen is pretty much in tact. I do yoga 3 times a week and CrossFit 4 times a week so the sweat part is a cinch. It’s the dieting that’s challenging.
Here’s the problem: In as much as I would want to go really strict with my diet, I am afraid that after going strict for so long that once I cheat, it will all come crashing back. So I try and do a balance of the good and the bad. The sad thing is that it seems that it is not helping.
I need to continue praying and just keep focusing at my strength.
I can do this. I know I can.
