Food Intake Thursdays (F.I.T.) | Week 10

FIT2 This week’s food intake has changed tremendously compared to the previous weeks. Though I would like to achieve a purely Paleo eating lifestyle, having this is still good. I can comfortably say that I have decreased the amount of food I have taken in per day. I will be trying to regularly have just 4 meals per day.

Once I am comfortable with the 4 meals per day, regimen, I will, again, trim it to just 3. Volume is fine. Frequency is now key.
