FIT2 10 Weeks and 10 experiments on which combination of food works and does not. But this week had to change because I couldn’t work out. For the past 2 weeks, I have had the gout which got me, pretty much, stuck in bed. Since I couldn’t work out, I took advantage of it and decided to lessen my meals. Because of such, I allows myself to eat whatever it is I want… In moderation, of course. So here’s this week’s food intake.


If all goes well, I might even be able to drop the 2nd snack altogether and also drop one meal with either a shake or freshly juiced juice while I am still losing weight. I cannot afford to go ALL OUT, though because I know how fast my bad gets big if I lose too much too fast and drastically change my meal intake then go back.

Let’s see how this week goes.
