Food Intake Thursdays (F.I.T.) | Week 13

It’s Thursday once again so it’s another bout of what I have been eating this week.

Last Monday, I’ve happily resumed my weekly regimen. I won’t be starting CrossFit for a while though. It’s gonna be 2-4 weeks of nothing but Yoga before going back to my box.

Admittedly, I’ve gone a tad bit overboard with my food choices, but I’ve made sure that I don’t go over 5 meals per day. But try my best to stick to just 4 meals.

So here is what has happened this week.

Starting tomorrow, ultimately on Monday, I will resume eating cleaner and leaner. This summer is gonna be just me and my mom since my nephew and niece will be spending the summer at their parents’, it would be no better time than then to start eating clean. My mom will join me, too. She needs it.
