This week has been a good week nutrition-wise. This is the second week of my fitness regimen and I feel that my meals were a tad improved.
I changed the layout slightly by color-coding the meals as what I count as “healthy” and “non-healthy”. My definition of healthy is whatever satisfies the Paleo diet.
The Paleo Diet is based upon everyday, modern foods that mimic the food groups of our pre-agricultural, hunter-gatherer ancestors. The following seven fundamental characteristics of hunter-gatherer diets will help to optimize your health, minimize your risk of chronic disease, and lose weight.
If you want to read more of the Paleo Diet, I got the definition from here.
So the “healthy” foods would be colored blue while the “non-healthy” foods would be colored orange.
This week, I will try to have a bigger percentage of blue.
