Summer is here again and to be honest, it is truly difficult to stick to a diet with all the sweet and cold goodies out there.

This week’s color classification will come as a surprise to some of you. With the Paleo diet that I am much a fan of, some of what people regard or classify as healthy is not particularly good in the Paleo diet.

Paleo simply makes you avoid and not get dependent on sugar so all forms of grains is a no-no. If you are wondering where we can get our source of carbohydrates, there are a lot of vegetables that can cover that.
