Week 16 in the books. A lot of new things are being done here. You’ll see.
Last Monday, I started doing fresh juices where majority of it would be vegetables. Medyo ang bilis kang gutumin but since I do yoga and CrossFit, I get to eat at around 12PM or 1PM so it works well.
Also, I’ve been trying to “cheat” by eating healthier foods and when I say, “cheat” I mean anything healthy but is non-Paleo.
