Food Intake Thursdays (F.I.T.) | Week 17

I’m so excited for this week because some already noticed the slight change and it’s good for my very sensitive ego.

I think I have already figured out how I am going to eat my way to losing weight and here it is.

My mom and I have started juicing as part of our breakfast and it has been awesome! The combination of the veggies and fruits make us full enough just to get us to lunch.
