W.O.W. | How Often Should You Work Out to Lose Weight?


So you’ve finally realized your calling to start working out, but still don’t have that much free time to do so. How often should I work out?

Simple. 4 times a week with 30-45 minutes per day. Rest periods not included. That’s if you want to maintain that good feeling. But if you are dreaming of losing weight, experts recommend the 3-1-3 approach. 3 days on, 1 rest day, then 3 days again. For those who don’t want to get all confused, a 3-1-2-1 can be established to keep the workout days on the same days.
