July 1, 2014 Workout Of the Day (WOD)
BBG (Barbell Gymnastics):
Warm Up – 5 reps (135 pounds), 3 reps (205 pounds)
1st set – 1 rep (255 pounds)
2nd set – 1 rep (275 pounds)
3rd set – 1 rep (295 pounds)

Every Minute On the Minute (EMOM)
Odd minute – 30 double unders (but I opted for singles as many reps as possible)
Even Minute – 5 deadlifts (185 pounds)
