Just thought of touching base with you all. Here’s a quick update.

Here is an update on my progress.



One thing I’ve noticed is that I’ve been much more energetic. I don’t feel sluggish when I go through the rest of my day. I also tend to suck my tummy up a bit when I walk because it feels like it’s gonna drag me forward. Hahahaha.. People say it’s also good to do it to make it get used to being small. I don’t know, it feels more natural.

The next updates, I will probably have someone take my picture because the angles differ per shot so there is no definite difference. I placed the pictures on top of each other with the some markers as reference and there is a difference.

You can visually see the big difference from June 30 to July 10. Not much has changed going to July 22 only that some areas have become flatter.

Praying that this continues. I plan to continue doing Paleo for the rest of the year with a few cheat meals on special occasions like a birthday and Christmas but not make it weekly.

I am currently doing 4 sessions of Yoga per week and 5-6 sessions of CrossFit per week. Come August I will trim it down to 3 sessions of Yoga and 4-5 sessions of CrossFit per week but I will definitely stick to Paleo around 90%-95% of the time.
