As we end this month’s July Challenge, I have been thinking about what to do to give myself another challenge for August.

I’ve pretty much comfortably figured and maintained my nutrition by sticking it in with Paleo so for August, we will be finally learning to do double unders.

My official hashtag for this coming month’s challenge will be #AugustChallenge.

Here is a short video explaining what a double under is and how it is learned.

A lot of things should be kept in mind when doing double unders. Here are a few things:
1. You should know how to do the basic single jump rope.
2. Know how to bounce off the balls of your feet and not off the heels.
3. Elbows in.
4. Flick with just the wrists.

Following these few simple steps should get me to do my first double under for August.
