Four weeks have passed and we are on the final few days of our #UBjulyChallenge.

It took me a while to compile my shots to give you an idea of what I look like now. Here it is.



As I’ve said in my Instagram post, I am not after a big weight drop but I am after a permanent weight loss. This is what the July of Paleo, Yoga, and CrossFit can do to me.

I plan on pushing with this lifestyle all the way to December (baby steps!), allowing me 6 cheat meals til New Years (that’ll be 4 from my family, Christmas, then New Year).

This Saturday, August 2, I will be weighing myself again. Hoping and praying that I lost some weight.
