This has got to be the most difficult challenge yet. I’ve been getting aches and pains and couldn’t continue with the 30 burpees. Sucks!!
For October, I will be doing a 3-day/week juicing regimen. I will be posting details about it soon. When that time comes, the FIT posts will adjust a bit. Instead of it being a Thursday-Wednesday rotation, it will adjust to a Sunday-Saturday approach and resume to its original rotation come November.
Let’s see where this’ll take me.
