What initially triggered my interest or curiosity into doing this fast is Erwan Heussaff’s vlog:

But then I came across this vlog that got me more curious and how I genuinely want to try this out.

Both videos explain the health benefits of doing this fast and how it would reset your body.

Now my curiosity has heightened.

My plan of attack is doing it in a week where I cannot and should not be disturbed or distracted. I had some acting work up until April 17 and my nephew’s graduation is on April 26 which gives me exactly from April 18-24 or April 19-25 to do it.

I’ll be watching Avengers: Endgame on the 24th but that’s something I am willing to forgo just for this.

Why am I doing this? There are a lot of things going on in my body and doing this reset will definitely help me. For this, I will be having some bloodwork done on day 1 and day 8 then take some daily photos though I seriously doubt there will be some obvious changes given my size but it does help with the encouragement and motivation.

This blog will be updated as the days go by. Probably a few updates leading up to my first day then some updates each day until the end.
