So on a previous post, I wanted to do a 7-day water fast to challenge myself and also have my body go through a reset of some sorts. (you can read it here)
I was originally set on doing the water fast from April 17-24. So it’s 7 24-hour days starting from the hour my last meal ends and not have anything for 168 hours straight.
Though they were quite confident that I could complete it, they suggested that I consult a doctor about it. Sadly, no bueno.
I will try again after a few months of doing my Intermittent Fasting.
