Work started this week and with that, I was not able to be too picky with my meals. I was too stressed that I was just eating anything I could put my hands on.
I’m depressed so this week’s food intake will be quite nasty.
4th week under way but something new will happen in the next few weeks. Watch out for it.
Need to shake this depression off, it is affecting the way I eat.
True to my word, I stick to my diet (well, majority of it). Never regretted it for one second.
